Tiered Pricing
YMCA Camp of Maine wants to help your family, support our community, and grow for the future. YCamp understands that families have different abilities to pay and camp provides one of the most valuable experiences in your child’s life. So, we strive to make camp attainable for all with Tiered Pricing. When registering for YCamp, simply choose the tier level that best suits your family. Your selection is confidential. Regardless of the tier that best suits your family, every camper has the same opportunities provided at YCamp.
This tier accurately reflects the true cost of camp for each camper, including meals, programming, staff, maintenance, utilities, insurance, equipment, overhead, and depreciation. We ask families, who are able, to participate at this level if it is appropriate for them.
This tier is partially subsidized through Annual Support and reflects the basic cost for each camper (food, staff, programming, and some maintenance and upkeep). Please participate at this level if it is right for your family.
This tier is more heavily subsidized through Annual Support. Please participate at this level if it keeps camp affordable for your family. This tier reflects the most basic cost for each camper including food, staff and supplies.
We provide more significant financial assistance to families that demonstrate need through our Financial Aid Program. This is a variable rate for families whose need is greater than the subsidized rates. For more information, please read through our Financial Aid Guidelines located on the Financial Aid page. This tier is made possible through Annual Support.
